It’s hard to believe that it has been 20 years since we started Minds On. We can’t thank you enough for being a part of our journey and supporting us every step of the way. We want to take this opportunity to reflect on how far we have come and how much we have grown as an agency.
June 2022 is a milestone for Minds On as we celebrate our 20th anniversary. Minds On was started in 2002 by two guys who left their corporate jobs to create a marketing company — and here we are, 20 years later as a full-blown agency with an amazing team servicing B2B enterprise clients.
The last 20 years have been a wild ride. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the world, and we’ve watched our clients grow and change with it. One of the biggest highlights over the past 20 years has been watching our clients grow from small startups to global enterprises. It’s also been exciting to see how much technology has changed during this period, giving us the opportunity to constantly adapt and change our skillsets and add new services based on client needs.
Projects come and go, but one of our goals has been to lay the groundwork for our employees to advance their careers. Not only have our team members progressed, but we have had the joy to watch them each grow personally by getting engaged, married, having children, and buying their first homes or vehicles. These are true honors bestowed upon us as entrepreneurs.
It’s not easy being an entrepreneur, but having support through everything has made all the difference in helping us create something special. You are an inspiration every day, and we cannot thank you enough for believing in what we do.
No matter the challenges we faced along the way, we pulled together and got through them. There’s no playbook for creating a business — you take the bumps and bruises along with your victories (even if they feel like defeats sometimes). You get back up and become better than before because of it! We’ve learned a lot in the last two decades, and our team has grown from a small group of risk-takers to a family — dedicated to being an extension of your team and helping your business grow.
Of course, Minds On would not be where it is today without each one of you — our team members, our partners, and our clients (new and old alike). As we celebrate our 20th anniversary this month, we are grateful to be able to serve as a trusted advisor to so many companies. We work with companies of all sizes and across different industries, but one thing unites them: They all want to create something better for their customers.
