We care about our employees and strive to create an environment that empowers everyone to make an impact, both professionally and personally.

As a B2B digital marketing agency, we specialize in designing websites and digital experiences that serve as the cornerstone for our client's marketing efforts, as well as engaging content—across a variety of mediums—that helps our clients nurture prospective buyers throughout a traditionally longer sales cycle.

About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, positive-minded, and motivated designer to join our experienced and growing creative team. You'll be responsible for designing successful, thoughtful solutions across various applications—web, print, social, video, trade shows, and more.

No day is ever the same. You'll gain hands-on experience designing solutions for various leading technology and manufacturing clients, where you'll get to learn the nuances of their business, industry, and the customers they serve.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who gets excited about solving problems and collaborating with others but can work independently and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take and follow creative direction; design within brand standards for a variety of clients across multiple industries
  • Design thoughtful, research-based solutions for web, print, video and more. Projects include but are not limited to: Websites, user interfaces (UI), print advertisements, branding, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, catalogs, HTML emails, social content, infographics, trade show displays, animated web ads, and more
  • Manage your work from creative conception to completion, keeping multiple projects moving forward, on schedule, while responsively collaborating across teams
  • Comfortably present project details and concepts through written, verbal, and visual presentations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage project details and ensure mistake-free work for every project
  • Keep up with design and marketing and B2B trends and apply new principles to design solutions
  • Maintain an active objection to the band Nickelback (just kidding) :)

What You’ll Need:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, web or UX/UX
  • Associates Degree or equivalent professional experience (preferably in art, graphic design, web design, or a related field)
  • Portfolio with relevant and real-world work examples
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Experience with (or a willingness to learn) Figma

  • A positive, self starter attitude
  • A desire to learn and master new skills

Extra Credit:

Proven ability in any of the following areas is considered a huge plus:

  • Past agency or start-up experience
  • Experience with online project management tools (Example: monday.com)
